Texas Psychic Fairs

PSYCHIC FAIR
Saturday, July 7 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
and Sunday, July 8 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
at the Emerald Beach Holiday Inn,
Corpus Christi, Texas.



VENUE REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

The following are the venue restrictions for the Psychic Fair to be held at the Emerald Beach Holiday Inn in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Saturday and Sunday, July 7 and 8:

1) Because of the extremely strict requirements of the hotel venue, there is to be absolutely NO food or drink consumption of any kind (this includes candy and gum) within your individual work areas with the exception of the water provided by the venue. Food and beverages (in bags or coolers) may be stored beneath and consumed at the tables in the foyer outside of the fair room. Any violation of this restriction by participants or anyone accompanying them will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all future South Texas Psychic Fair, LLP events. We regret this stringent stance, but the venue's policy is non-negotiable. Please act professionally so that we all may continue to utilize this venue.

2) Participants may park directly in front of the building for a short time while loading/unloading only. They must then immediately move their vehicles to the designated parking area as specified by the venue. (i.e., Park, unload, move vehicle and then set up in the venue room.) Sponsor and/or facilitator will have parking location information the weekend of the event.

3) Setup begins promptly at 9 a.m. Saturday, July 7. All participants are expected to be set up and ready to serve clients and/or customers by the official 10 a.m. opening time. Participants may choose to leave their personal equipment and/or merchandise overnight from Saturday to Sunday in the venue room, which will be locked. However, they do so at their own risk. Neither South Texas Psychic Fairs, LLP nor the Emerald Beach Holiday Inn will be held responsible for any loss, theft or breakage.

4) All participants are expected to keep their booths and tables open and be available for customers and clients until the scheduled close of business at 7 and 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday respectively. However, for those who are providing services, please ensure that you schedule your clients so that you end promptly on time each day, as absolutely no readings, healings or other late services will be allowed. It is suggested that each reader/healer keep a sign-in sheet to facilitate the flow of clients; however, each individual must maintain their own scheduling and client flow.

5) All non-vendor participants will be paid based on tickets collected, therefore it is the participants' responsibility to make sure the tickets accepted are valid for the services they are offering as there will be different tickets sold. They also must maintain individual control over the tickets they accept until close of business Sunday when all cashouts will be made.

6) People who have traveled a long distance to participate will be cashed out first by distance traveled (longest distance first, next longest distance second, etc...) at the end of the day Sunday to facilitate their getting on the road earlier and to their homes safely.

7) Facilitators will be available for participants to help make this an enjoyable, harmonious, and prosperous event for everyone. We look forward to seeing you all and pray that everyone's individual efforts will be richly rewarded on all levels.
